ProfiTrail was ineffective communicating their brand and product benefits. Their previous online presence also neglected to provide a product tour. They wanted their brand to truly reflect their offering, their messaging to communicate the success of their clients, and they needed to be prepared for their Series A funding round.
We took the lead and worked closely with ProfiTrail to create a brand, website (with product tour), and a set of marketing materials that truly reflects the organization given the success their clients continue to have.
We collaborated with ProfiTrail and their clients to analyze how ProfiTrail enhanced their business; saving over a million dollars by mitigating cash leakage and inventory shrinkage, while simultaneously increasing productivity and the accuracy of accounting. Our findings were made available in the case study.
We enhanced the product (ProfiTrail) by developing an algorithm to calculate leakage and inventory shrinkage within cash-based businesses. Now equipped, the application of ProfiTrail enables businesses to realize increased net income through theft prevention and accountability.
